Sent To Giulia Puricelli, Deutsche Bank, Fulham Broadway Center Admin 2021/10/18

Last year I made several complaints about your staff deliberately gaslighting me in the knowledge that I have a mental health disability and that the same thing has been happening to me across the UK and Europe for well over a decade, something that is very much illegal in post-medieval England, and specifically as regards the Met police individuals responsible, a life sentence tarrif criminal offence under the Criminal Justice Act of 1988. I mentioned in one of those complaints that I had been left too intimdated by the TSS security guard in Boots to collect prescriptions for my 88 year old cancer stricken mother.

On my first visits back to that Boots store last month for nearly a year, a different security guard, who I had obviously also been pointed out too, again followed me around the store on each visit, while visibly smirking.

Can Giulia Puricelli, or whoever is the current administrator for the center, confirm or deny that Mark Adedeji, the security manager, passed on my concerns to Rabia Bennett the store manager of that Boots branch? I am currently making a complaint to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

Perhaps you could also explain to me why I am still being pointed out to your new CIS security guards, who similarly make a point of standing watching whenever I go into Pret A Manger, or follow me into the toilets after I’ve come out of Starbucks?

Cheers
