I was recently back in the UK and spent another week in Eastbourne. If you’re wondering why I again visited this place when I have been tortured by the police there in the past, well it’s a case of ‘better the devil you know’. Even now, after 17 years, the depraved psychopathic devils still appear to be pointing me out to at least security guards (and of course, their police colleagues) wherever I visit, not only in the UK, but anywhere in Europe. So there wouldn’t be much point going somewhere else to ‘escape it’, and visiting a new place causes even more stress to my mental health, as I am wondering all the time whether the criminal psychopaths have indeed pointed me out. And besides, I like the town of Eastbourne itself, especially in the summer.
TBH, despite the city center constantly being full of agressive and violent crackies, I didn’t see much of the police in the entire week. However, whenever I did so, at least as far as the male police officers were concerned, they would make a point of grinning and smirking at me. Every single time. “There’s that nutter who thinks we’re torturing ‘im just cause we’re looking at ‘im, oink, oink. Just ‘coz he doesn’t like us looking at ‘im, oink, oink, oink.”
Literal Satanic demons.
For this reason, I am finally going to contact the Law Society this week, after 17 years.
Security guards, in general, were more circumspect, but it was ‘obvious’ that I had been pointed out to them (speaking as a paranoid schizhophrenic who has been told to my face by security guards in Eastbourne several years ago that I haven’t been pointed out to them, then marched out of the shopping center). On one occasion in the Beacon Center, a large Asian security guard deliberately veered into my path. I avoided him, but given that I’ve previously been deliberately shoulder barged by an Eastbourne Buisness Warden (ie. physically assaulted) this wasn’t very nice.
The rail staff at Eastbourne station pretty much ignored me, although they did give the odd ‘hint’ that I was still being pointed out to them.
The most disturbing thing though happened on my way out of the country at Gatwick airport. As I was walking through the South Terminal, a female police officer (or PCSO) with short dark hair, was talking to two people. As I walked past, she turned her head to stare at me, and I believe I heard her say sarcstically and quite loudly – “just looking”.
In 2025, the Eastbourne police team included: Chief Inspector Kara Tombling, Inspector Sarah Taylor, Seargent Mattie Adam, PCSO Chloe Larkin, PCSO Katie Clarke, PCSO Kirsty Gowing, PCSO Leianna Stamp, PCSO Ryan Saunders, PCSO Scott Kennedy
In 2025, the Gatwick Airport police team included: Chief Inspector Richard Church, Inspector Bex Kift, Police Sergeant Ian Hatcher, PCSO Fatima Karimova, PCSO Mark Simmonds, PCSO Matt Duvall, PCSO Sharon Ashwell, PCSO Shelley Brown, PCSO Tracy Smythe, PCSO Wendy Elliott.
Note that PCSO Wendy Elliott was present a few years ago when ‘disability rights campaigner’ PCSO Victor Finch sadistically gaslighted me as I was waiting to board my plane (doing so presumably in the knowledge that I had been similarly gaslighted by his colleagues in a dozen different countries for over a decade). I do not think she was the PCSO in the incident described above.
Under the Criminal Justice Act of 1988, a public official, such as a police officer, faces life imprisonment if convicted of (psychological) torture.
A few days ago I came across a headline revealing that a troll had recently been convicted of ‘stalking’ Sussex Police Chief Jo Shiner. I wonder what he could have done, I asked myself. Perhaps he had been going into shops where she lives showing security guards and staff a photograph of her, and encouraging them to mock, abuse, intimidate, gaslight, and threaten her, whilst all the time, making sure that she didn’t know what was going on, or whether she was simply suffering from a paranoid delusion? Perhaps he’d done this for nearly two decades, and also got together with some other trolls, including trolls in a dozen other European countries, and they had access to her Internet connection and could know when she had booked any travel and such, and then pointed her out to security guards and staff in shops and train stations and airports before she visited them, again with the same instructions to mock, abuse, intimidate, gaslight, and threaten her?
That would be awful beyond belief, and certainly warrant a life sentence for the depraved psychopathic sadistic troll, although clearly not as evil as doing the above to somebody who was already mentally ill to begin with and who could get no help – legal or psychiatric – because they would not be believed. Anybody even partly responsible for doing anything as unimaginably evil and depraved as that would certainly be facing life behind bars, and if they happened to be a public official – such as a police chief – then they would without doubt be facing multiple life sentences in what would assuredly be the biggest scandal in the history of the UK police. Such a police chief would (confirmed by ChatGPT) face life for (psychological) torture under the Criminal Justice Act of 1988, life under the offence of misconduct in public office, a lengthy prison term under the law on aggravated harassment, as well as likely to be sued into tomorrow under multiple serious breaches of the European Human Rights Act. ChatGPT actually likened such police behaviour to the tactics of the former East Germany’s notorious Stasi secret police agents, who would gaslight and commit ‘zersetzung‘ (psychological warfare) against individuals who threatened the Communist Party.
Oh no, but the troll did not do any of that. In fact, it appears (from the 2 or 3 articles I read), that he sent her some messages on Twitter alleging that she was corrupt, and created accounts under her name that did likewise. But in the increasingly Big Brother society of the UK in 2025, that was enough to have him convicted for stalking and committing offences under the malicious communications act.
Meanwhile, and absolutely unsuprisingly, this is what Jo’s depraved and psychopathic police officers have been getting up to recently under her command:
Sussex Police Chief Constable Jo Shiner faces multiple-life sentences under the Criminal Justice Act of 1988 provisions relating to torture, as well as misconduct in public office, and other offences including conspiracy to torture and aggravated harassment. Members of the public who assisted the police, such as Southern Railway staff, could at the least face aiding and abetting charges.
For nearly two decades now, the Met police and their colleagues in a number of other police forces in the UK, including Sussex police, and their colleagues in at least 12 other countries, have pointed me out to security guards, railway station staff, even on many occasions restaurant and shop staff, and other members of the public. Whatever it is that they tell these people, it leads me to being mocked, harassed, intimidated – for nearly two decades now, in at least 12 countries. One consistant feature of the abuse is my being sadistically mocked for apparently ‘not liking to be looked at’. The police do this themselves, not only in the UK, but in at least 12 other European countries I’ve visited over the last 17 years.
All the while, the depraved psychopathic pigs have gone out of their way to ensure that I do not know whether any of it has really happened, or whether it was all simply a delusion existing inside of my head. They have done this in the knowledge that I have suffered in the past from paranoid schizophrenia, and in the knowledge that their gaslighting will cause me extreme psychological torment. This has gone on for nearly two decades now. And I cannot get help for this, not even any counsellling whatsoever, because I have not and would not be believed. The only ‘help’ I’ve finally been able to get after 16 years is from ChatGPT, which clearly stated that ‘if true’ then any police involved would face multiple life sentences, including for torture and misconduct in public office. According to ChatGPT, any members of the public who took part, such as Southern Railway staff, would face aiding and abetting charges.
Not only can I not get the slightest help (other than from a machine) for my mental health to survive this, but the psychopaths have made sure I cannot even ‘help myself’. For example, I have visited the South Coast on a number of occasions over the last 17 years, hoping the sea air might bring me some relief. But no, it’s as though the psychopathic monsters are so depraved that they actually go that little bit extra in pointing me out and encouraging security guards and members of the public to be even more sadistic with me.
Such is the case at Eastbourne, where I spent the odd weekend or more, maybe 5 or 6 times over the last decade. Along with the Eastbourne Beacon shopping center, a particular nexus for their abuse is the railway station. There, I’ve had the usual and regular mocking for ‘not liking to be looked at’, as well as outright aggression, such as male staff clenching their fists when they see me and the like.
This happened again in January when I spent a few days there, preparing for my brother’s funeral who had recently succumbed to three years of bowel cancer. Arriving at the station and passing through the ticket barriers, the staff appeared to recognize me and one laughed at the joke or words of another as I passed, and I just completely ignored them. A couple of days later I briefly went into the station again to pick up a delivery from the Amazon lockers there. As I was taking my parcel from the locker, I glanced to my right at the ticket barriers, and all three staff there were standing watching me. One was actually craning his neck. A male had a look of contorted rage on his face. Again, I just ignored them, but as I was just about to walk out I glanced again in their direction, and they were still standing there watching me leave the station, and the same male was still looking angry.
The next day I went back to the station to catch my train to London. I was a little early, and didn’t want to pass through the ticket barriers any earlier than I had to. So I sat down on the seats, and occasionally looked over to see if my train had arrived. One of the male staff on duty seemed to really take objection to this, and whenever he saw me looking over, his face became contorted in anger. I’m not sure if it was the same guy as the day before. I finally went through the ticket barrier, and the male staff member appeared to face up to me as though challenging me to a fight. As I sat down on a seat in the platform, he was standing glaring at me until another staff actually patted him on the arm, apparently telling him to ‘leave it’. All I had done was to glance over a few times in their direction checking to see if my train had pulled in.
In the nearly 17 years of this, across an entire continent, I’ve experiencecd this particular behaviour many times, and felt I’ve come very close to being physically assaulted. The only way I can make sense of it is that the police or security have told these staff members something like – “the nutter is threatening to have us all done for torture, just cause he doesn’t like being looked at”. This enrages security guards and members of the public like these Southern Railway Staff, and particularly when they think I am ‘looking at them’. This particular individual was probably thinking something like – “he threatening us for torture or someik, just cause he no like us looking at im, but he looking at us now. I wanna smash his face in’.
So after nearly two decades, and after it must be crystal clear to these psychopathic criminals that they face multiple-life sentences for torture and misconduct in public office, inidividuals such as the Chief of Sussex Police Jo Shiner are still passing on instructions to their officers in such a way to lead to them in turn passing on instructions to members of the public – such as Southern Railway Staff – to mock and even become aggressive to the victim of their utterly depraved gaslighting torture.
I had previously submitted two complaints to Southern Rail about the behaviour of their staff at Eastbourne. On both occasions, they did not reply beyond the initial acknowledgement of receipt. I submitted a further complaint after these incidents in January, and over 40 days later they did reply stating that the member of staff in question (I had attached one of the photos above) would be spoken to.
Ironically (if that’s the word), Eastbourne station marked world mental health day in 2020 by having a NHS stall where members of the public could get help and advice if they or a family member had mental health problems. This was when the staff at Eastbourne Station were at their very gaslighting and sadistic worst.
Around 2021 I think, when I spent a week or so in Eastbourne, several times I saw a middle-aged trans ‘woman’ with an unkempt beard loitering at the ticket barriers and laughing and joking with the staff there. Later in the week I was walking along the promenade and saw him walking on the beach with 3 nervous young girls who appeared to be around 14, and who he had clearly just met or picked up.
The Chief Inspector for Eastbourne is Diana Lewis.
In the summer of 2019 I had probably the most humiliating and painful experience in all the 15 or so years of this. I was in Eastbourne for a week, and like everywhere else, I had noticed the security guards appearing to recognize me and grinning or laughing to each other. On a previous visit to Eastbourne the summer before, I had been physically assaulted by a ‘Business Warden’ (who has police powers, and so is technically a police officer) in the street, his face contorted in rage on seeing me, and who deliberately barged into me leaving me with a painful and injured shoulder.
One particuarly nasty guard in the Beacon Center was a fat female by the name of ‘Nikitta’. The previous day she had made a theatrical gesture of spitting on the ground as she passed me. As my doctors many years previously had suggested I do so in certain situations like this, I calmly and politely approached her and asked her why she was laughing at me. She immediately became aggressive and called on her walkie talkie for back up, saying to her boss – oddly – that I had accused her of ‘looking at him (me) or something’, and that she was anxious. The ‘manager’ of security at the Beacon, a person called Chris, then came and aggressively got into my face, telling me to keep calm, even though he was almost shouting at me and I was trying to be as calm as possible. ‘Nikitta’ and two other guards stood some way away from us, and were visibly laughing as they watched us. I pointed that out to ‘Chris’ and he told me that they were not laughing and ‘just concerned that I (Chris) might be in danger’. I told him that I believed I had been pointed out to his security guards, like every shopping center in Europe, and that this was an issue given that I had a mental health problem, and he told me that they hadn’t been, and that it was my mental health problem leading me to wrongly suspect this. I told him that I suspected the police (i.e. the Business Wardens) had pointed me out to his security guards, and he oddly stated to me that his security guards have no means of communicating with the police. On his LinkedIn profile, it states in his job description that one of his tasks as a G4S security manager is to liaiase with the emergency services. I told him that Nikitta had spat on the ground theatrically as she passed me, and he told me his guards would not do such a thing. When I told him it would be on CCTV, he replied that I would have to apply and pay to have any CCTV viewed. He then ordered me out of the Beacon Center ‘in case I made further allegations against his staff’. Chris also mentioned to me that he ‘had a background in mental health work’, which looking at his LinkedIn profile is somewhat true, and frankly, doesn’t surprise me in the least.
I then made a complaint to the manager of the Beacon Center, who at the time was a man named William Plumridge, and his reply is posted below in full. The next day, I was sitting in the Cafe Nero across the road, and three security staff including Nikitta stood outside the center watching me, and laughing and pointing at me. I recorded them on my smartphone doing this. BTW, I recently returned to Eastbourne and the Beacon Center for the first time in nearly 3 years, and the security guards again appeared to recogize me immediately, and made a point of staring at me. The manager Chris is still there, and on a couple of times he passed me, he made a point of laughing to his colleague. I also saw him almost pushing his head into the face of a young boy of about 13 or 14 in the center and shouting at him that ‘he was going to get nicked’. The young boy, who was with another lad, looked on the point of crying and did not appear to be saying anything. Nikitta also still works there, a lot lighter, and now sporting an eye-catching pineapple haircut, and who oddly I only saw once when she was called out to the incident Chris was dealing with concerning the young boy above. The Business Wardens also appeared to recognize me, and appeared to laugh. One of them I’m sure I recognize from the previoius visit in 2019 (see photo below).
Like every other town in England I’ve visited in the last 15 years, I have also been clearly pointed out to staff in the Boots pharmacy in the Beacon Center, with the cashiers serving me in the exact same odd manner. The ‘legal justification’ for this could only be my behaviour now FIFTEEN YEARS AGO, when I unfortunately and highly regrettably mumbled under my breath what were interpreted as threats at a number of stores (never Boots) in the West End when having a mental health relapse due to the pressure I was being put under by the Met Police.
I also appear to have been pointed out to the train station staff at Eastbourne, who often do the theatrical ‘why don’t you like us looking at you’ act of pure sadism. A few days after being marched out of the Beacon Center by Chris, I was waiting for a train to Brighton at the station. Three police officers were standing by the gates, presumably waiting for a suspect or such. I observed them calmly, and they became rather aggressive, although the female police officer was smirking and grinning just like Nikitta had several days before. Another disturbing thing at Eastbourne train station happened the following year when I went back for a few days. A couple of times I had noticed when passing through the station in the morning, a middle-aged unkempt transgender woman, clearly in the very early stages of transitioning from a man, hanging around talking to and laughing with the staff. Then later during that visit, I was strolling along Eastbourne promenade and saw him walking on the beach with two nervous looking young girls, who must have been around 14, and who clearly he had not known for long.
Reply from William Plumridge Beacon Center Eastbourne 2019 Over G4S Security Complaint
Thank you for your email.
I can confirm that the security officers at The Beacon are employed under contract via G4S but not the security officers in individual stores.
We were sorry to hear that you had experienced difficulties with the police force and staff at other shopping centres but speaking for The Beacon our officers are here to patrol the malls, monitor all situations that may occur, reacting accordingly and that includes the observation of people to ensure the safety and well being of everyone who visits the shopping centre.
The officer you refer to as Chris is a Duty Manager and he acts in a professional manner but if he upset you in some way I apologise on his behalf. As for the other officers that you state laughed or ridiculed you, again I apologise if that is how their actions came across. The security team is very aware that all members of the public should be treated with respect.
We have no intention of banning you from the shopping centre but I would suggest that when you visit us again you carry out your business and ignore the presence of all security officers, whoever they work for and no doubt they will do the same.
Marching a paranoid schizophrenic out of a shopping center in front of the public, after telling him he is paranoid, for calmly confronting security guards who he had clearly been pointed out to and who were mocking him and even spitting at him, like dozens of shopping centers around Europe for the last dozen years. Yeah, it did upset me in some way. Especially when I recorded the same security guards doing the same thing on my phone the next day.
Notice also, that in his reply he did not deny that I had been pointed out to hiis guards (likely by the Business Wardens), and implied that it was justified to keep me under observation because I was agitated and upset by being kept under observation (closer observation than ISIS terrorists and the like), and told repeatedly that it’s all paranoia on my part.
I sent Mr Plumridge a further complaint stating that I had recorded his guards standing laughing at me by the enterance the following day, and he did not reply back.
As far as the Business Wardens are concerned, they have police powers, so legally could count as public officials. In this case, they would be liable for life term imprisionment if convicted of psychological torture under the Criminal Justice Act of 1988.
An Eastbourne Business Warden patrolling security outside the Beacon Center.
Before I challenged Nikitta that day, I asked the security guard standing outside Primark if I had been pointed out to him, and he became aggressive, denying it. The next time I walked past, a business warden happened to be walking in the other direction. The security guard ran to the business warden and stopped him, pointed to me, and openly asked him in front of me if he ‘knew me’, to which the business warden looked me up and down unconvincingly, and denied to the guard that he did (‘know me’).
After Southend I spent several days in Hastings. It’s a place I’ve visited a few times in the last couple of years as I seek a place by the sea to soothe my mental health problems, if only for a few days. Just like everywhere else, and as with every other visit to Hastings, it was obvious that the security staff at the shopping center (Priory Meadow) had been made aware of my visit. Sometimes in the past security staff have given me a ‘knowing look’ as if to say, ‘you know that we know you, don’t you?’. Well, no I don’t you thick as fucking shit sadistic psychopaths. I’ve suffered from paranoid schizophrenia. It’s been denied to me that I have been pointed out to security staff anywhere. It was explicitly stated to me last summer in the Beacon Center in neighbouring Eastbourne, before I was escorted out of the center by manager ‘Chris’ (who actually claimed to have worked in mental health) for ‘making accusations against his security team’ (and who I then filmed 2 days later laughing and pointing at me from across the road).
In Hastings, led by Hastings and Rother district commander Chief Inspector Sarah Godley, there seems to be a particular degree of sadism involved. Several times, including in this visit, I’ve walked into shops and actually heard myself being described clearly on the security guard’s radio. This happened in the Sainsbury’s Local store next to the train station on one of my first visits. The same security guard there does the same thing since that point as I’ve encountered from hundreds of security guards across Europe over the last 12 years. Look up at the ceiling, alternate between theatrically avoiding watching me and theatrically standing watching me (arms folded, craning neck etc), and in general, acting as though he’s the victim for having to spend a couple of uncomfortable minutes with a ‘nutter who doesn’t like being looked at by security guards’ in his shop.
Like every other Sainsburys store I’ve visited in the UK, it appears the security guard has been asked to point me out to other staff in the store as well, as the gentleman on the right in the above photograph was staring at me as I checked out using the self-service till, never having seen him before in my life.
Hastings Priory Meadow Shopping Center Boots Security Guard
When I had the mental health relapse 12 years ago, which I assume is the ostensible reason why this outright torture began, it appears the Met Police showed my photo to every Boots store, as well as many other pharmacies in London. For quite a time, I had to travel outside of London to collect my prescriptions in order to avoid being bullied and threatened by pharmacy staff.
To make that clear, I’m a disabled member of the public with a mental health problem. Unfortunate behaviour on my part 12 years ago in public when I was suffering from a mental health relapse brought on by pressure from the Met Police, very likely deliberately, was then punished extra-judiciously by the Met Police in a way which included showing my photograph to dozens or hundreds of pharmacies, inciting pharmacy staff to abuse, threaten, and mock me, thus making it very difficult or near impossible for me to collect prescriptions for my mental and physical health. They even appeared to have done this at my GP’s practice at the time.
And to explicitly deny that this was taking place to leave me feeling, well… a bit paranoid to say the least.
And they still appear to be doing this 12 years later.
Not to mention their colleagues in 13 other countries and counting.
I’ve encountered strange behaviour from Boots staff at the Eastbourne Beacon center in the last couple of years, never having visited it before then. So it appears that well over a decade after my mental health relapse, the police, likely via security guards (and as mentioned above, at the Beacon Center in Eastbourne last year I was escorted out of the center for ‘making accusations’ against the security guards there), appear to be still pointing me out to Boots staff. Like every other company, Boots has always denied this has ever happened, and no longer reply to my complaints.
In the Priory Meadow Center, Hastings, I had never noticed a security guard working in the Boots store before. On this visit, there was this guy there every day, apparently working for ‘Total Security Services‘, which is the company that provides security guards for all or most Boots stores (and I’ve since learnt, most Tesco stores). Immediately I entered the store for the first time with him working there, he appeared to recognize me, and similar to the security guards in El Cortes Ingles, Spain, the previous week, leered at the arse of a young female customer then looked back at me.
On my last day in Hastings, I recorded him twisting his neck to look at me, whilst apparently saying something to a laughing member of staff about me. While I was recording (in the second part of the video after walking out the store and putting my products in my bag while resting it on the bench outside), I had my back turned away from him.
***NOTE – YouTube have removed the above video because of a privacy complaint. Presumably by Total Security Services (TSS) themselves. This is now beyond a sick joke.
Total Security Services (TSS) have been pointing me out – a paranoid schizophrenic – to their security guards in dozens of Boots stores (as well as the same company doing the same in dozens of Tesco stores) for over a decade. I then get bullied, insulted, threatened, mocked by not only the security guards, but other staff. I don’t know what the supposed ‘legal’ justification for this is, because Boots Customer Care have always denied that this is happening (and Tesco etc.), i.e. that it is a delusion on my part. They have not even replied to my complaints or concerns for a number of years. And now they’ve successfully asked YouTube/Google to remove evidence of their criminality that I uploaded.
For the first time in my life, I entered a Boots store, where I’d only shopped in several times previously, and recorded the security guard with a hidden cam. And the security guard is constantly looking at me, while talking to female shop assistant, and both of them are laughing.
This was only the second time I had ever videoed a Boots (TSS) security guard. The first time was at Margate last year, when a security guard had appeared to recognize me the first time I walked in his shop, and then the next day made a point of standing at the doorway watching me as I sat drinking tea in a Costa Coffee across the road. After 20 minutes of this, I pointed my smartphone at him and pressed record and he immediately went back inside. Two days later, the video had mysteriously gone from my phone.
I haven’t been just the victim of a gross invasion of privacy by Boots, Total Security Services (TSS) and their CEO a one Ricky Gardezi, and the Metropolitan and Sussex police, I’ve been the victim of attempted murder on their part and so as long as I’m still breathing, I will never stop fighting to have some of these psychopaths up in a court of law and prosecuted for it.
